The CEASOM Board of Directors meets 4 times each year. The minutes from each of these meetings is available for your information by contacting Denise Hershberger, Executive Director of CEASOM, at exec.dir@ceasom.org. Meetings for the 2011-2012 year are scheduled for September 27, 2011, January 17, 2012, and April 18, 2012. Generally Board Meetings are scheduled for 1 p.m. at the Maryland Board of Education in Annapolis, Maryland. The April meeting will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center. The fourth meeting of the year is an Annual Retreat. It is scheduled for June 19, 2012 at the Queen Anne's County Board of Education in Centreville, MD.
